Load Storm – CPU and Memory Loading Utility.

Handy utility for generating CPU and memory load.

You can configure the number of threads and the approximate load in % for CPU and the memory load in MB. The timer where you can configure the number of minutes to apply the load is a great feature.

I was not able to find the authors site, I am not even sure where I found it, so I uploaded it here: Load Storm by Andrew Mitchell

Have fun!
